Pecora (1999) mentions "Gilbert and Taylor's work on the Australian teen romance series Dolly, modeled on the Sweet Valley High books" (52) adding that Gilbert and Taylor were "Using a community of readers who were not romance readers" (53). This sounds similar to other work by Gilbert and Taylor which is in the database.
