This paper seems to have been published at SSRN, where the CESifo paper is also given. There is also an earlier, draft version available here. In addition, in 2022, a new article, by the same two authors, titled "Digitization, Prediction, and Market Efficiency: Evidence from Book Publishing Deals" appeared in the the journal Management Science. I have not been able to access it, apart from snippets, but those suggested it may use some of the material about romance from the Working Paper. It can be found at https://doi.org/10.1287/mnsc.2021.4237
