Romances have been debated for a long time, often hated by the intellectuals. Associated with preconceived images and full of prejudices, romance is a consumption product which embodies a social and cultural mirroring. In France, romance has gained a heterogeneous but loyal readership for several decades. With blogs, we find a place of discussion, sometimes giving rise to violent exchanges between readers and their opponents.
