The second link is to Mirrors and Echoes: Women's Writing in Twentieth-Century Spain (2007), edited by Emilie L. Bergmann and Richard Herr (Berkeley: University of California Press). This contains a chapter by Jo Labanyi titled "Romancing the Early Franco Regime: The novelas románticas of Concha Linares-Becerra and Luisa-María Linares" (pages 63-78).
This seems to be a reprint of the 2004 paper. It has exactly the same title and when I skimmed it the contents appeared identical.
