In "Romance Fiction" (2002) Kay Mussell, writing in The Greenwood Guide to American Popular Culture (volume IV), states of this article by Margolis that in this:
brief, but provocative, essay "The Lover's Value(s)," Margolis confronts the uneasiness that she feels as an academic feminist who also reads romances, particularly in regard to the critical distance that many critics assume when writing about romance writers and readers. (Mussell, "Romance Fiction," 1576)
Mussell gives the site of publication a little differently: "Women's Studies Association (NZ) Conference Papers (Wellington, August 1994)." Since I can't check this independently, I'm including both versions.
