Teaching and Writing Popular Fiction: Horror, Adventure, Mystery and Romance in the American Classroom

Teachers & Writers Collaborative

Publication year

This is about teaching popular genres as part of a "writing curriculum." The students described seem to be mostly in their early teens. See pages 124-175 for the chapter on romance.
